Michael Schumacher started his carrier in Formula One with the team Of Eddie Jordan Racing, making a big impression on the team owners of Benetton (Flavio Briatore) that took him right out of the Jordan and into the Benetton after just one race (on the Belgian circuit of Spa-Francorchamps). Michael was able to score 2 world titels before moving to Ferrari where he went on to dominate the first 5 seasons of the new millennium en scoring a record 7 titels in the FIA Formula One Championship.

After 2005 the German could not impress in the Ferrari and was somewhat forced out to retirement, it was only after good friend Ross Brawn asked him to drive a Mercedes F1 car in 2010 that he came out of retirement only to find the Mercedes a non-competitive car and retired for good.

On the 29th of December while skiing in the french alpes he had a accident where he suffert a blow to the head and fell into a coma he has yet to recover from. His condition is unknown as family and friend shield him from the public.
